The services Gigi, provided were above and beyond kind. She is a very dedicated person to the person that she is caring for and puts there well being first and foremost, which you do not find very often.

My brother and I would like to commend the Senior Helper who was with our mother at Brookdale Monroe yesterday, September 17, at 6 PM for sending Mom's meal back to the kitchen when she told him she didn't like it and wouldn't eat it. During these trying times when the residents at Brookdale are quarantined to their individual rooms and must eat their meals there, it's difficult for the Brookdale staff to be flexible enough to be as attentive as they can be. This is why we are very appreciative that the Senior Helper was responsive to Mom's needs and assisted her in getting another meal that was palatable to her. We thanked him yesterday for taking this step and want to let you know we are grateful for his kindness.

Thank you so much for helping with Barbie to secure aids for her. Regina was amazing. And we owe it to her/you that Barbie was able to get through these very difficult times being in quarantine. You were helpful during this whole time to make sure we were covered when no one else could help us. It would have been a nightmare for Barbie to be in "lock down" without company or someone to help her be more comfortable.
